Administrative Efficiency Improvements.  This service includes reviewing current process and eliminating redundancies and using technology to make the processes more efficient.

Analysis.  Analyzing new business opportunities to determine the potential for profit over the short and long term. 

Sales.  Evaluate sales processes and determine their effectiveness in reaching company goals.

Marketing.  Evaluate marketing material effectiveness and help create new material if warranted.

Analysis of Purchase of undervalued property.  The evaluation of residential real estate for upgrading for re-sale.

Working with partners in the purchase of residential properties for rental and sale.

Managing rental properties for Phoneix and its partners.
